What "Religion" Does Your Products Target?
Our product inventory consists of a large variety of brand name merchandise
that does not necessarily reflect "our" personal Christian beliefs, but is
instead, based upon general religious "Themes" that do not "target" any
specific religion or denomination in particular.
Do I Have to Register to Place and Order?
No, there is no requirement to create an account when you shop at

the checkout process, such as your name, address, & credit card information...
we also "require" your E-mail address and telephone number so that we can better
serve our customers by getting information to you quickly and efficiently, such
as for the purpose of verifying ordering information, or to update you on potential
problems with fulfilling your order. Again, we respect and endeavor to perserve your privacy, and we assure you that

What Are My Payment Options?
To purchase an order using a credit card, we accept Visa, Master Card, American

your order will be processed immediately after verification, just as the orders
that are placed online are processed.
What Areas Do You Ship To?
Currently, we only ship to territories within the continental U.S., including Alaska
and Hawaii.
"CS" Product Codes & Special Ordering
All of our products may be ordered and purchased in either single or multiple
quantities. However, all products that have a 'Product Code' that begins with
the letters "CS" must be purchased with a TOTAL MINIMUM of $35.00 in order
to meet that particular vendor's specific ordering requirements. For example, product "A" that has a 'Product Code' that begins with the letters
"CS" and costs $14.95, must be purchased along with another product or multiple
products that also have a "CS" - 'Product Code' so that the TOTAL MINIMUM at the
checkout for these items is at least $35.00. (See the chart below for more

Do You Charge Sales Tax?
Because Revelation 14:6, 7 (LTD.) is an Ohio-based business, we are required
to comply to the "Sales Tax" Laws that have been issued by the state of Ohio
and therefore, an additional 6.75% "sales tax" will be added to all TOTAL
purchases, (including the shipping & handling charges), that are completed
during the checkout process. Also, this "sales tax" is inclusive for all states within any U.S. territory
and will automatically be tallied for you during the checkout process.
What Currency Are Your Prices Based Upon?
All of our prices are based upon the U.S. dollar.
Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds
SALES
At Revelation 14:6, 7 (LTD.), we take pride in the quality of merchandise that
we offer our customers, and we feel confident that you will be pleased with our
products! Therefore it is for this reason, that ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
EXCHANGES
But because your customer satisfaction is one of our top priorities, you may
EXCHANGE a product for another one of equal value - WITHIN the FIRST SEVEN
DAYS after making your initial purchase, if for any reason you are not pleased
with a product or purchase. However, please be advised that a few of our suppliers
charge an additional 15% "RESTOCKING FEE", due to "buyers error," if you should
need to make an exchange.
RETURNS
Also, in the event that a product is "BROKEN or DAMAGED" when it arrives, which
can sometimes occur during the shipping & handling process, you can simply send
an E-mail to site-admin@revelation1467.com with an enclosed description of the
"damaged" condition of the product, along with your purchase order and packing
slip information that came with your parcel, and the instructions for returning
the "damaged" item will be sent back to you via your E-mail address.
- (SPECIAL NOTICE*:) PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT ALL PRODUCT DAMAGES
MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 72 HOURS AFTER RECEIVING YOUR PARCEL(S),
IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A "REPLACEMENT" FOR ANY PRODUCT THAT MAY BE
DAMAGED!!!
REFUNDS
The only time a REFUND will be issued, is when your "purchased" order contains
a product(s) that is currently OUT-OF-STOCK and CAN NO LONGER BE BACK-
ORDERED!
However, in order to spare our customers this great inconvenience, we endeavor
to display all product availability, which is listed in the upper left-hand
corner of each product page, and we also endeavor to remove all products that
can no longer be back-ordered from our inventory all together. But there is an occasional time when we do not know that an item is out of stock,
until the completed order has been processed, and if that item can no longer be
back-ordered at that time, a REFUND will certainly be issued. Finally, just as a friendly reminder, apart from the "EXCEPTIONS" that have been
outlined in this section, all sales are final, and SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES
are always non-refundable!
When Will My Order Ship?
Generally, orders ship within one to two days, which is subject to availability.
The amount of time it takes for a parcel to be delivered from one of our warehouses
to you, takes approximately 3 - 14 days, depending upon the method of shipment &
proximity to the warehouse. Also, we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
How Can I Track My Order?
You can track your order by sending an E-mail to our address below, with
your name and order number, and the tracking information will be E-mailed

Back-Ordering Out-of-Stock Items
For the convenience of our customers, we endeavor to keep all products in
stock. But occassionally, a product must be back-ordered, which in most of
these instances, we endeavor to alert you ahead of time! However, because
we carry a large selection of merchandise, there may be times when we do
not know an item is out of stock until the order has been completely
processed, and we truly apologize for any inconvenience this may
cause you! But in the event your purchased order contains an out-of-stock item, we will
notify you of this update, along with information as to when the back-ordered
item has become available, as well as the approximate time when you can
expect your parcel to arrive. Please note also, that out-of-stock items
will be shipped as they become available, which will vary, depending upon
each publisher's release date. And finally, we reserve the right to ship BACK-ORDERED items by a downgraded
shipping method, if UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS Next Day Air was
originally chosen.
How Long Will It Take to Get an Item Replaced?
If you are RETURNING a "damaged" product, please allow 1 - 3 weeks for your
RETURN to be received and processed by the appropriate warehouse that originally
shipped your merchandise, and you can expect your "new" package to arrive at
your address between 2 - 4 weeks thereafter, depending upon product availability
and your proximity to the warehouse.
Shipping Rates & Methods
We generally send packages by Regular Ground Shipments via Parcel Post or
UPS, and a "real" street address is required for ALL UPS shipments. Also,
our UPS Ground Shipping Rates are based upon a standard "Flat-Rate" fee,
and the rates for "UPS 2nd Day Air Service" & "UPS Next Day Service" are
automatically tallied by the current UPS Ground Shipping Calculator that
reflects the recent inflation in fuel prices. ALSO - PLEASE PAY SPECIAL ATTENTION TO THE FINAL MESSAGE AT THE
END OF THIS SECTION FOR FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO CHOOSE
